Kitchen Assistant
Are you reliable, energetic, friendly and ready to learn to make ice cream, gelato and sorbets in our air-conditioned, drama-free kitchen? Then we'd love to meet you.
You're entitled to a 30-minute meal break, or two paid 15-minute breaks, whichever works best for you.
The role asks that you can
- Stand for 7 to 8 hours a day
- Bend, carry and reach, and lift 20 to 30 pounds to shoulder height or above
- Follow recipes and safe food-handling guidelines
- Work at a brisk pace to meet daily production goals
- Wash dishes, wipe down surfaces and restock ingredients between batches
- Get to and from work reliably, and work your scheduled days and times
