Imagine your own personal gelato shop at your next event. You choose the theme, elegant or fun or both, and Pugnuts brings our traveling freezer display case to serve your guests.

From our signature Pug Passion to Panna Cotta with caramel, refreshing Mint Chocolate Chip or bright Lemon, it can be hard to choose with more than forty flavors. Your gelato server arrives in chef's attire and the case is dressed to match your occasion, with beautifully garnished gelato.

The details

  • Cups, spoons and napkins, like the ones we use at the shop, are included.
  • With a minimum of four trays we can serve parties from 100 to more than 1,000.
  • Each tray serves thirty four-ounce servings, and any leftover gelato is packed into quarts for you to enjoy after the event.
  • The display case needs access to 120v power.
  • Please give three weeks' notice; we'll always try to accommodate your party if we can.

Rates

  • Trained gelato artisans serve your guests at $45 per hour per artisan, plus a minimum of one hour of set-up and one hour of clean-up.
  • There is a minimum rental and transportation fee of $350, depending on the distance.
  • A $250 retaining fee is due one week before the event (non-refundable if the event is canceled). The remainder is due at the start of the event.
