Frozen cakes

Pugnuts makes ice cream and gelato cakes for any occasion. There's always a selection in the freezer case, and we're happy to make yours to order with a little notice. We can do virtually any flavor we offer, apart from sorbets.

Cakes are built from freshly made gelato or ice cream, then cooled to thirty below until they are hard. They can be plain, in the color of the ice cream, or finished with cocoa-butter color and texture. For flavors with swirls or variegates, we recommend serving the sauce on the side to keep the surface clean.
